Currently serving as the Strategy and Development Division Director at Port of Gdansk Authority, Dominik brings over two decades of industry expertise. His most notable achievement was his 11-year tenure at DCT Gdansk SA, where as Commercial Director and Business Development Director, he played a pivotal role in:

• Developing DCT Gdansk's strategic vision and executing commercial strategies that transformed it into the largest container hub in the Baltics
• Introducing the first direct call service (AE10) with the largest container vessels in the Baltic region
• Implementing Poland's first shipping line intermodal services (AMBER and BALTIC EXPRESS)

His career path includes significant positions at major industry players:

• Director of Strategic Business Development and Intermodal at HHLA International
• Central East Europe Cluster Operations Manager at Maersk Line, where he managed operations across multiple countries with a €100M budget
• Various leadership roles in sales and operations across different sectors
