Xin Shen

Xin Shen is the Co-Founder of BillFlow, where she's leveraging her extensive software engineering background to revolutionize freight payment collections through AI technology. Her vision for modernizing logistics payments was shaped by her four-year tenure at Flexport as a Software Engineer, where she identified critical gaps in the industry's accounts receivable processes.

Before founding BillFlow, Xin built a strong foundation in tech, working at industry giants including Amazon's Audible division. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UC Irvine, where she also demonstrated leadership as Treasurer of Women in Information and Computer Science (WICS).

At BillFlow, Xin combines her technical expertise in Python and web development with real-world logistics experience to create AI-powered solutions that are already transforming how freight forwarders handle collections. Her approach focuses on building practical, user-friendly tools that respect existing industry workflows while dramatically improving efficiency.
